Awww man are we in trouble. Mama J has just been to our blog and saw that we have not been here since Christmas. She ripped through us like a Greyhound through a rabbit. I think Milly is still cowering under the couch.

Get out here you sooky la la. Now I suppose we should cover a bit of old ground first. Since christmas life has been pretty good at "Casa Greyhound" we have been to the beach. We discovered that swimming really was'nt our fortae but Mama J held onto us she said something about life jackets for christmas that does'nt sound promising.

Mama J and Papa E went on a cruise for a couple of weeks and left us at home with a house sitter (Lisa) and Big Bro A. Mama J nearly had a heart attack when she came home and saw how much weight we had put on. There seemed to be some confusion about when my birthday is one lot of paperwork says 1st of January 2004 (everyone forgot about that) and one lot said 23rd February 2004 (also forgotten) so it was eventually figured out that my birthday was 1st January 2004.

They did'nt forget my birthday it was on 14th February when Mama J and Papa E came home from holidays.

SHUT UP Milly or I will come over and bite you.

OOHHHH someone is a bit touchy. Don't worry Grace you know how bad Mama j felt when she realised she had missed your birthday. I am sure she will never forget again.

Yeah your right Milly. Ok so what else has been happening. Hhhhhmmmmm Oh yeah we started back with the greyhound walks that was fun we went to the botanical gardens in the city then stopped at a cafe for coffee well Mama J and her friends did. It was so much fun seeing all our friends again except Milly was here usual non-friendly self.

Hey you know how I am around strangers. I did get better after a while.

You gotta do something about that. It embarrasses Mama J everytime you act like that.

I know I know, I will try real had next time.

Oh yes that reminds me. Remember when Mama J took us for a walk to Alexander Clark Park a couple of weeks ago.

Oh alright. Boy Mama J was NOT happy about that and you and I had to go and have a bath. I think she took great delight in doing that because she knows we hate having baths.

Oh well thats the price you pay. But it sure was fun laying in that puddle.

Well last Friday Grace and I officially became members of the family and I got my new green collar which means that when 1st July comes Grace and I (because we have now been adopted) don't have to wear our muzzles in public. That will be so wonderful. But I will have to work on my dog skills otherwise Mama J says I will still have to wear my muzzle. Well thats all I have to say

Yappy Christmas everyone. On behalf of Milly and myself we would like to wish all our 2 and 4 legged friends a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Milly and I were'nt overly excited with christmas as you can see by the following photos but Mama J spoilt us rotten with lots of new squeaky toys. My favourite is the "Moooooing" cow. I love to carry it through the house and hear it "moooooo" at least Mama J knows where I am BOL BOL.

Greytwalks Christmas breakup walk

Hello peoples,Grace said I could write this post about our walk on Sunday. well um okay where do I start "Hey Grace what do I say"

"Oh Grace thats not fair you know how nervous I get when I meet new dogs. Well I guess Smarty Pants Grace isn't going to help me so I suppose I will just
have to do this by myself. Okay where was I up to. Oh yeah the walk . Mama J was worried about the weather as it looked like it was going to rain but we where lucky it stayed nice for our walk. We all met at 17 Miles Rock water park. there was Murphy, Homer (new dog), Bella, Blaize, Aimee, Jaydee, and two other dogs but I can't remember their names. It was a nice walk by the river. When we got back Blaize and Aimee's mum Margaret cooked us up some yummy sausages. Grace and I had a bit of a yak to the Greys then the security man came and told us it was time to go. GAP Christmas Party

Well you can tell its christmas time. Mama J is dressing Milly and Me up in tinsel and santa hats. The other week Mama J and Papa E took Mills and me to the GAP christmas party there were lots and lots of Greys Milly even met her mum again. Mama J & Papa E had a good time seeing all the greys and hearing their stories but they were most proud when I came second in the best dressed dog competition. I won a squeaky toy which I play with at home. I got to see my mate Murphy and Jenny I did'nt see Blaize or Amiee. Sal was there with her new family. Here are some photos from the day

Nudgee Beach Walk

Last Sunday Mama J took me and Milly up to Nudgee beach for a greyhound walk. It was quite a scary afternoon as these big big black yukky clouds were coming in and the wind was blowing you could even say the wind could of "blown the dog off the chain" BOL. We walked out in the water for quite a while not quite sure if I liked that idea but I went anyway. This was Milly's first greyhound walk and she did really well. After we came back in Mama J and the other people sat and had a bit of a chat then we walked back to the car. It was a really scary ride home because the storm hit thank goodness the worst part was not near us the but I could tell Mama J was nervous as she was gripping that steering wheel real hard. Anyway we made it back home safe and sound. Here are some photo's Mama J took. See you next time

Milly here. Just thought I would jump on the computer while Mama J was at work and let you all know how I am doing. it was a bit of a rocky start to my coming to live here but with Mama J and Papa E and Big Bro A helping me I have adjusted very well. I now play with all the dogs at the dog park and Mama J thinks that I am getting better with other dogs when I am on the lead. Grace plays with me every now and again but she keeps trying to steal my bed thats ok because I keep trying to steal her food BOL BOL. Mama J says I had stinky breath and she did not like me breathing all over her so they arranged to take me to the Dentist. We got up nice and early and drove over the other side of time and Mama J left me there then came back in the afternoon to pick me up. the whole family was so happy to see me. Mama J says I don't have stinky breath anymore so I am allowed to give her lots of kisses. Papa E told me the other day that he wants to keep me, Mama J says she loves me too but she also loves to foster the greyhounds and she does'nt know if she will be allowed to have 3 greyhounds. Knowing Mama J she will some how make it work. Well nothing much else has been happening just going for walks everyday and playing with my friends at the park. I will ask Mama J to put some photos on when she comes home. "GRACE DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY- NO OK THEN".

"Hello yeah yeah I know "bad dog" hey I am Mama J's girl what do you expect. Mama J got cranky at me for not keeping my blog up to date so she has sent me to my mat with the computer and told me not to leave till I have finished (ahhhh the pigs ear is calling me but no I must be strong and stay here I have seen want Mama J does to Big Bro A and I DON'T want to be sent to his room owwww NASTY). Ok well I have recovered from my injury and all is well in the health department. We have a new foster dog her name is Milly and I quite like her SHE evens "sits" and shakes paws-goody 2 shoes. "

"We actually get along quite well unfortunately she has a bit of a problem with other dogs. They frighten her alot and Mama J has been protecting her all week and has not let her off the lead (Milly has a bit of a problem with snapping ) but yesterday everything changed. Jarmin my friend the cocker spaniel came to the park and it was just the 3 of us and Mama J let Milly off lead low and behold she started to play with Jarmin they chased each other all over the park and then another dog arrived then another and before 2 long Milly was socialising with all of them mind you Mama J was always beside Milly just incase. Mama J was soooooo proud of her good behaviour she can't wait to show Papa E."

"Mama J did not read her emails very well and we missed out on going on the greyhound walk. Mama J thought it was today so she had us all packed up in the car ready to go then she decided just to check she knew where we were going. The walk was YESTERDAY morning not Sunday morning. Hello friends. I've taken Mama J's computer and I am hiding in her wardrobe. I wanted to put up a photo slide of some of mine and Archies photos. Quick gotta go and look all innocent - who me never took it maybe it was Andrew- BOL BOL

OWWWWW I'm Injured

OWWWWW OWWWWW OWWWWW. It is so not fair. Here I was playing chasy with a black lab and this big poodle and I mean BIG (he was bigger than me) started to chase me and then bit me on my back leg. It hurt sooo much Mama J came frantically rushing over to me and nearly had a heart attack when she saw that I had a skin tear. WOW she knows how to give dirty looks. Mind you the tear was only small but it was right over my muscle. The horrible thing was that I had to walk home. The next day Papa E took me to the vets and they shaved a little bit of my back leg. Yeah great look that one. Mama J has to keep cleaning with salty water and I have to have antibiotics other than that I am going fine. Don't tell this to Archie but I think I miss the dumb mutt. I have a new home

Hello friends.
Well this will be my last post. I am now living with my new "forever family". I left Mama J's on Saturday afternoon. I think even Grace was a little bit sad. I know I will miss everyone very much but my new family will give me lots of cuddles (my new mama is a vet so I will get the very best of care). So to all my friends out there good-bye.

Oh dear Mama J is not real happy with me at the moment. I keep barking and waking her up while she is sleeping during the day. I can't help it I just want to play with her. I know it has been a while since I had a chat but I have been sort of sulking because that stupid dog is still here. He is suuuccch a crawler always hanging around Mama J and wanting pats all the time. Well I graduated from dog school last Monday Mama J and Papa E came to my graduation they were so proud of me even though I don't think I learnt to much. I've 0nly been at Mama J's place for 2 weeks and I am leaving already. It seems that they have found me a new "forever home". I have had a great time here. Grace has'nt been too bad to me although is does tend to ignore me alot but hey I don't care she is just a Snob. Watch it buddy I can still make your life miserable before you go. Ahhh come on Grace I was just having fun. Mama J was right you are a Diva. Well some of us have it and some of us ain't and you my friend DON'T have it BOL BOL (bark out loud) well anyway I don't care what you say I have had a great time here.
